Because we are better . . .
The year emigrated to Australia, they laughed at me . . .
They laughed at me because I was intelligent, because I spoke with an accent, because I actually wanted to get good makrs, because I had ambition to succeed in life.
Look at them now. Dole bludgers. Stoners. Bums. And me? Working in finance, studying at The University of Melbourne, making connections and carving out a future for myself among the young elite of this city.
We need to get over this egalitarian BS. They gave up their equality when they gave up on life, when they decided they just couldn't give a stuff anymore, when they zoned out. Why should we treat them as equals? We really are better than them.
